Photograph of the mutilated torso of a murdered young man victim that washed up on a beach in Miami, Florida. The murder was related to narcotic drug crime, and the man was shot in the chest before he was butchered. The body parts were found at night washed up along the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Biscayne Bay. Miami experienced especially high crime, violence and murder rate around 1980. Photograph by Nathan Benn taken March 13, 1981.
